Nursery's Fee Structure

 Terms and conditions for extended funding:

All funded hours are to be allocated to days prior to starting the setting and will NOT be charged for if your child is not attending nursery due to sickness or holiday.

The term following your child’s third birthday, your child will automatically become eligible for 3–4-year-old's Early Years Funding, the first 11/15 hours attended per week, up to a maximum of 570 per academic year, is free of charge to you.

Anything over 11/15 hrs. per week or over the total allowance of 570 hours per academic year will be charged at the 3–5-year-old hourly rate.

Working Parents Entitlement: This funding entitles you to 1140 hours fully funded from the government if eligible. This can be taken however you choose; however, you need to agree with the manager before the new term begins how many hours you will be using and on which days for the following term. This must remain the same during the whole term including holidays.

You are free to use this funding all year around or term time only however you cannot exceed 1140 funded hours a year, to ensure this does not happen you are able to use:

Up to 22 hours per week for 51 weeks of the year

Up to 30 hours per week – term time only

This ensures you do not go over your entitled amount. You can split your funding with another setting if you wish however MUST NOT exceed your entitled amount.

Any hours taken outside of the funding hours, including term time only funding will be charged – please ensure you have given management notice of absence to receive a 50% discount on fees during holiday period.

Parents will still be required to reconfirm every 3 months as per current policy, via the Childcare Service, regardless of whether their child has started their place.

Holiday Deductions - if 4 weeks notice is given then any consumables will be deducted from your invoice during the holiday dates provided.
